hungover and cooking for four

Tom has been napping for an hour and a half and I've been cleaning and cooking but guess who'll get the credit for such great culinary delights? My sister is coming over with her boy, James, who I feel in full authority to break into the Nagorny family. Tonight's menu is as follows:

Appetizers:
Cheese platter
Olives and girkens
Artichokes with breadcrumbs, almonds and herbs

Entree:
Moroccan style baked cod
Zhenia's cous cous salad sensation
Fennel with parmesean and lemon

Shit load of wine to drink and the all-famous trifle for dessert. What can I say? Life is good.
